Nancy will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit and the love she so freely gave to her family.

Nancy Trgovac, age 75, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Loving aunt of Ashley (Andrew) Daliege and Courtney (Eric) Connor. Cherished great-aunt of Tessa and Archie Daliege, Aleeah, Sylvia, Mila, Kennedi, and Eric Connor Jr. Lifelong best friend of the late Donna L. Drobac. Preceded in death by her parents Peter and Nancy Trgovac.

Nancy will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit and the love she so freely gave to her family. Though she did not have children of her own, she was a deeply loving and devoted aunt. Her nieces and nephews held a very special place in her heart.

She had a love for life and adventure in her youth. She loved to travel and explore new places, cultures and beautiful sights. Her travels were not simply about the destinations but about the experiences and stories she brought home to share with the people she loved.

Though she may no longer be traveling the roads and skies of this world, we find comfort knowing that the memories she made and the love she gave will continue to travel with us for generations to come.

Memorial visitation Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until time of the memorial service at 5:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN. with Suncrest Church officiating.
