Norwood Tucker, age 80, of Crete, formerly of Harvey, IL, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 31, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Darlene Tucker, nee Rayburn. Loving father of Janet Tucker and the late Richard (Meg) Tucker. Dear brother of Elizabeth (late Herman) Avery and Erlene (Donald) Scruggs. Kind uncle of several nephews and nieces. Preceded in death by his parents Audie and Vera Tucker. Visitation Monday, February 5, 2018 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral service Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt. 30 & Pleasant Springs Lane) Dyer, IN 46311, with Rev.
