He loved volunteering in the medical tent at the Chicago Marathon, snowboarding, playing and refereeing soccer, mountain biking, fishing, camping (anything outdoors), listening to music, reading, photography, and was an excellent cook.

He was kind, funny, smart, full of life, and full of advice. We’ll all miss his infectious smile and super loud laugh. Most of all he was loved by everyone who knew him.

This fund is going directly to help pay for Memorial Services in Chicago and Texas and other financial challenges the family may still face. We know there are a lot of Oscar’s friends around the country that knew him well and loved him like a brother that can’t make the memorial but would like to contribute. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, any donations are welcome.
