Pamela Arlene Dirksen

Pamela Arlene Dirksen nee Brinke, age 65, of Steger, IL formerly of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away January 2, 2013. Beloved wife of Lawrence Dirksen. Loving mother of the Jane Dangoia, step-mother of Gary (Ana) Dirksen. Cherished grandmother of Lauren and Lucas Dirksen. Dear sister of Janice (Tom) Carman and Lynette (Todd) Arnold both of Omaha, NE. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Pamela was preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Dangoia, and parents Herbert and Arlene Brinke. Memorial Visitation Saturday January 5, 2012 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at the Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Interment private. Pam grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, attended Westside High School and graduated from Doane College in Crete, Nebraska. She was a school teacher for over 20 years.
