Patricia C. Duckett, nee Kozlowski, age 92 of Sauk Village, Illinois passed away peacefully June 12, 2026. Beloved wife of 55 years to the late Robert E. Duckett. Dear mother of the late Michael Duckett, Mary Butler and John (Brooke) Duckett. Loving and cherished grandmother of Todd, Martin and Gerald Butler and Nolan and Margaret Duckett. Loving great grandmother of Rome Butler. Cherished sister-in-law to Shirley (Duckett) Colucci. Beloved aunt, cousin and friend to many. Pat was a devout Catholic and spent her life serving the Lord and her parish. She was a longstanding member of St. James Catholic Church and a chapel volunteer right before they closed their doors.
