Patricia Ann Hart, age 84, of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully Friday, May 24, 2024. Loving mother of Kim Adair and Patricia (Dee) Schoiber. Cherished grandmother of Joshua (Rachel) Schoiber, Brianne (Robert) Hart, Nicholas (Renee) Schoiber, Arianna Schoiber, Daniel (Jessica) Schoiber and Bailey Weishaar. Loving great-grandmother of 13 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Evelyn Johnson. Fond aunt of Ronald Johnson. Patricia will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation to be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Smits - Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd., Steger, IL. Funeral Service to be held Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 24 W 34th Pl, Steger, IL 60475. Interment to follow at Beverly Cemetery, Blue Island, IL.
