View Video Tribute Visitation for Patricia A. Johnson, 74, of Momence, will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, at the First Baptist Church of Momence, where servcices will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 28. Rev. Judean Benston will officiate. Burial will be in Momence Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Gideons or to First Baptist Church of Momence, where she was a member. She died Friday (Aug. 18, 2006). She was born Sept. 23, 1931, in Kankakee, the daughter of Walter and Bertha Noakes Broadstreet. She was a member of the Gideons Auxiliary. She was active at church with Sunday school, choir, Bible Study, and other activities. She enjoyed reading and playing the piano. Surviving are her husband, Paul Johnson, whom she married March 11, 1956, at the First Baptist Church of Momence; one son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Cathey Johnson of Great Falls, S.C.; one daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Joe Karlock of Momence; six grandchildren; and two sisters and three brothers-in-law, Esther and William Rehmer of Aroma Park, Edna and Judean Benston of Kankakee, and Howard Nelson of Clovis, Calif. Deceased are one brother, Arthur Broadstreet; and four sisters, Edith Watt, Thelma Whittler, Gladys Yeates, and Dolores Nelson.
