Patricia M. Smith, nee Jacobs, age 64, of Schererville, IN, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 5, 2022.  Beloved wife of James Smith. Loving mother of Greg (Jennifer) Smith, Kyle (Breanna) Smith, and the late Nathan Smith.  Cherished grandmother of Aiden, Aubrie, and Patrick. Dear sister of Linda (late John) Valentine and Deborah Parker.  Preceded in death by her parents Harry and Anita Gail Jacobs.  Loving aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Private services were held.  Arrangements entrusted to Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN.
