Patrick M. Sullivan, age 63, passed away April 24, 2016. Beloved husband of Alice Sullivan; loving brother of James Sullivan (Kay Setoda), Mary Ella Cochran, Barbara Sullivan, Kathleen (Jamie) Heister, Cindy Sullivan (Connie Basile) and Jennifer (Jerry) Muggleton; dearest brother-in-law of Patrick (Cathy) Lavin, Mary Lavin (Joe Cappello) and Ann Lavin; cherished uncle to 17 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Jacqueline Sullivan. Patrick was a volunteer at South Suburban Humane Society and adored his dogs Duke and Jack; he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Visitation Friday, April 29, 2016 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Funeral service immediately following visitation at 6:00 p.m. at Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, Illinois. Interment private. Memorials to American Cancer Society (Lung) and South Suburban Humane Society.
