Patrick T. Maxwell age 51 of So. Chicago Hts,IL. Passed away Dec. 18, 2006 . Patrick is survived by three brothers: Thomas(Anna), Gerald(Mary), and James(Diane) Maxwell, six sisters: Leona(late Edward) Shuba, Colette(late Allen) Miller, Kathleen(late George) Falaney, Barbara(Ron)Maine, Yvonne(Tom)Ignasiak, and Wendy(Late Jeff) Rosson. Patrick was preceded in death by two brothers: Edward and Michael and one sister Bonnie Mae Seaver.
