Patrick J. Simone age 57 of So. Chicago Heights passed away on June 7th. at his home. Patrick was born on June 13,1953 and is survived by his parents Pasquale and Marie (Frantzen) Simone, 4 Brothers Joseph, Anthony (Maria) Michael (Sheryl) & Thomas (Kathryn) Simone and one sister Sharon Simone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation for Patrick will be held on Sunday June 12th. from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with memorial services to take place at 7:00 P.M. at the Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd.
