Phyllis Paape, nee Mongillo, age 86, of Steger, IL passed away peacefully March 10, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Allen J. Paape. Loving mother of Martin (Sharon) Paape and Marianne (Daniel) Talarico. Cherished grandmother of Lauren, Jonathon, Alan "A.J." and Danielle. Dear sister of Lorraine (Thomas) Roop, Anthony (Jeannie) Mongillo and step-brother John (late Beverly) Marucci. Dear niece to Evelyn (late John) Ross. Preceded in death by parents; Anthony and Mary Onofrio-Mongillo, and aunts; Rose (Joe) Rossi, Carmella (Arthur) DeLuca, Mary (Alfred) DeAmicis and Alice (Frank) Costello.
