Quentin E. Carter, age 84, of Tinley Park, IL, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025. Beloved husband of Jill Carter, nee Vinke. Loving father of Elaine Zenere, Jessica Carter, Mackenzie (Samantha) Carter, Leanne (Robert) Shore, Abigail (Joseph) Neylon, and Kathryn (Michael) Reilly. Cherished grandfather of Dominic Zenere, Alexander Zenere, Mia Zenere, John Reilly, and Evelyn Reilly. Dear brother of Estella (late Eugene) Walsh. Preceded in death by his parents Howard and Elaine Carter.
