Randy Lee Laneville, 54, of Momence passed away Friday (March 26,2010) at Riverside Medical Center after a sudden illness. A memorial service will be held at the Momence Church of the Nazarene on Friday, April 2nd at 11 a.m. Momence Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Cremation rites will be accorded. Memorials may be made to the family. Mr. Laneville was employed by Silva International, Inc. He was born May 9,1955, in Chicago, the son of Richard and Leona Laneville. Surviving are his wife, the former Debra Kay Bramer, whom he married June 28,1988; his son Noah Laneville and wife Melissa and their children Ariana, Noah, and Landon; his daughter Tara Franc and husband Jason and their children Dominic, Jackson, and Kameron, all of Momence; four step-children, Jeremy (Tracy) Beseke, Shannon (Marcia) Beseke, Brandi Beseke, and Justin (Stacy) Beseke; eight step-grandchildren; three brothers, Robert (Judy) Laneville of Momence, Richard (Cheryl) Laneville of Aroma Park, and Reid (Judy) Laneville of Momence; one sister, Sherri (Gary) Jordan of Washington; and several nieces and nephews. Randy is also survived by his and Debbie's kitten, George. His parents are deceased. Randy was an avid sports fan, and loved the Cubs. He loved fishing with his son and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a proud father, and kept a large collection of pictures, newspaper clippings and old school report cards of his children. He was a dedicated husband who, with his wife, lived a simple but full life surrounded by those who loved him. His death has brought sadness to many, but memories of him will be of comfort in this time of grief.
