Renee C. Dykstra

Renee C. Dykstra, nee Ruisard, age 79, of Lansing, IL, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 31, 2025.  Loving mother of Correy Dykstra and Stacey (Simon) Scholte.  Cherished grandmother of Carrie (Logan) Riechers, Devin Dykstra, Jaimie (Garret Porter) Dykstra, Samantha (David) Rohn, Alexandra (Gabe) Warnke, Carissa Scholte, Simon Scholte, Zachariah Scholte, Rebekah Scholte, and Levi Scholte. Great-grandmother of seven great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by her parents Gerrit and Cora Ruisard and her sister Leah Ruisard.  Renee was a lifelong member of Thorn Creek Reformed Church.  She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Visitation Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN.
