Richard E. Bernard, age 60, of Sauk Village, IL. passed away February 27, 2009. Beloved husband of Teddy Bernard nee Hart. Loving father of David (Kathryn), James and Christy Bernard. Cherished grandfather of eleven. Dear brother of Shirley (Sandy) Walkes and many nieces & nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Elvena Bernard and his sister Judy Keogh.
