Richard K. “Rick” Heim, age 76, of Dyer, IN, passed away peacefully Friday, June 7, 2024. Loving husband of Jacqueline Heim, nee Scheffler. Devoted father of Christine (Mark) Barajas, Lisa Rebey, Keith (Jody) Heim, Stacy Coduti, Elizabeth (Michael) Massey, Richard (Liz) Heim, and Bill (Marissa) Heim. Proud grandfather of Kaitlin, Jacob (Adrienne), Joshua (Olivia) Barajas, Brayden, and Rylan Rebey, Kylie (Nathaniel) Coy, Gianna Coduti, Emilia, Layla, Cecily Massey, Kathryn Heim, Emma and Gordon Heim; great-grandfather of Natalia Rebey-Carreras. Dear brother of Carol Jardine, and the late Dorothy Heim, Donald Heim, James Heim, Lorraine Trainor, and Marjorie Schmeski. Kind uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his loving parents Frederick and Dorothy Heim. Rick was loved by his family and many friends and will be dearly missed.
