Rita R. Buchanan nee Stepanek, age 96, of Steger, Illinois passed away peacefully on July 12, 2018. Beloved wife of the late George Buchanan. Loving mother of Don (Teresa) Buchanan, George Buchanan, Nancy Buchanan and Kimberly Mullin. Dear grandmother of six grandchildren; Chrisy, Donnie, Bruce, Jacob, Misty, and Courtney, nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Rita will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation Monday, July 16, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. directly at United Methodist Church 1321 Main St, Crete, IL.
