Robert is survived by three daughters: Dorothy (Fred) Persch of Dyer, IN, Judy (Richard) Scheffers of South Holland, IL and Marilyn (Rev. James) Zinger of Hudsonville, MI; 8 grandchildren: Fred Jr. (Heather) Persch, Robert (Angelia) Persch, Kathryn (Jason) Forster, Richard (Jill) Scheffers, Tami (Todd) Bush, Tara (Tim) Brouwer, Trisha Zinger and Travis (Mari-jo) Zinger; 14 great grandchildren: Cole, Audrey, Marley, Alan, Alex, Nathan, Annalise, Trevor, Tanner, Tylee, Tayg, Levi, Logan, and Elle. He was preceded in death by his wife Anna in 1992, one sister: Minnie Van Drunen and one brother: Joe Van Drunen. Interment Oak Ridge Cemetery " Lansing, IL with Rev. James Zinger officiating. Mr. Van Drunen farmed in South Holland and Momence for many years, and was co-founder of Van Drunen Farms. He was Uncle Rob to many and will be remembered for his varied interests, giving spirit and love of life itself. Robert will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
