Robert W. Engstrand Jr., age 70 of Steger, Il. passed away on July 11,2010. Robert is survived by his loving wife Lorraine (Nee Tylka), 3 Daughters Lorri (Raymond) Engstrand-Hauser, Lisa (Randy) Nydam and Leslie Engstrand-Guca, 2 Grandchildren Rebecca Hauser and Liam Nydam. He is also survived by 2 Brothers, William & Thomas (Marilyn) Engstrand and a Sister Renee (Robert) Wagner, and many Nieces and Nephews. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday July 18th. from 2:00 till 8:00 P.M. at Smits Funeral Homes- Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd Steger, Il.). A memorial Mass will be held on Monday July 19th, at St. James Catholic Church 221st. St. & Torrence Ave. Sauk Village, Il. at 10:00 A.M. Robert Engstrand was a member of the Tinley Park Lodge #810 A.F. & A.M., LaMoiile Lodge 270, Neighbor Lodge #1169 A.F & A.M. Homewood,Tinley Park Lodge #810 A.F. & A.M., Valley of Chicago , Orak Shrine. He was past president of Rah-eese & President of So. Lake Co. Shrine Club.
