Robert N. DiAnni, age 74, of Grant Park, IL. formerly of Steger, passed away July 24, 2009. Beloved husband of Sylvana DiAnni nee Scarnechia. Loving father of Robert (Debbie) DiAnni, Marco (Lori) DiAnni, and Steven DiAnni. Cherished grandfather of Joey, Katie, Kristin, Nicole, and Anthony. Visitation Tuesday July 28th from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m at Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL). Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at St. Liborius Catholic Church, Steger. Entombment at Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood. Mr. DiAnni was U.S. Army Veteran.
