Robert "Bob" Reece Raduchel, Sr., born in Hancock, Michigan on March 25, 1941 joined his Lord and Savior on May 15, 2014. Because of his devout faith, he was not fearful of passing, only sad to leave his earthly loved ones. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Sharon Taylor-Raduchel of Dyer, IN; his daughter, Christine (Steve) Scott of Farmington Hills, MI; and son, Robert Reece (Cynthia) Raduchel, Jr. of Carmel, IN; four grandchildren, Robert Reece Raduchel III, Griffin Christopher Raduchel, Grace Marie Scott and Sawyer Steven Scott; his stepdaughter and step-granddaughter whom he loved as his own, April Marie (David) Gabbert-Strang and Taylor Rae Gabbert of Valparaiso, IN; his brother William J. Raduchel of Great Falls, VA; and his brother-in-law, Jack (Diana) Taylor of Summerfield, FL; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Olive Raduchel. At the time of his passing, Bob was a member and former Deacon of St. Paul''s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Munster, IN. Bob was a graduate of Michigan Tech University, in his hometown of Houghton, Michigan. He was an avid fisherman and a serious hockey player in his early life. He loved old classic cars and was a strong supporter of Second Amendment Rights. Visitation will be held Monday, May 19, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul''s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 8601 Harrison Ave. Munster, IN with services conducted by Pastor Eric Stumpf and Pastor Donald Stock. Private inurnment at Memory Lane Memorial Park, Schererville, IN.
