Rodney L. Frohock , age 61, of Dyer, IN, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020.  Beloved husband of Yvonne M. Frohock, nee Stiltner.  Loving father of Franklin Frohock, Johnathan Frohock, Joshua Frohock and Jacquelyn (Greg) Born. Proud grandfather of James, Sylas and Silvie. Dear son of James and Sandra Frohock. Dear brother of Russell (Pam) Frohock. Fond uncle of Emily. Nephew of Brenda Wood, Ron Colbert, late Bud Colbert, the late Robert Frohock and the late Henry Frohock. Son-in-law of Roger and Louise Stiltner.  Brother-in-law of Michelle Stiltner.   Kind cousin to many but he was still the #1 grandchild.   Rodney was a retired carpenter Local #599 and a member of Masonic Lodge #735 Griffith, IN. He enjoyed golfing with his family and friends, fishing and camping and loved all of nature and the creatures on the earth.  He also loved and was very talented with woodworking and refinishing furniture.

A limited visitation time will be held Saturday, May 2, 2020 from 1:00 until the time of the private funeral service at 4:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN with Rev. Devin Cook officiating. The service will be live streamed from Smits Funeral Home website ( go to the Facebook link at www.SMITSFH.com ).
