Ronald Thomas Polk, age 55, of Lake Geneva, WI, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015. Beloved husband of Linda Polk nee Vercellino.Loving stepfather of Paul Dzugan and Sara Dzugan. Dear son of Barbara Polk and and the late Ronald William Polk.Cherished brother of Daniel (Linda) Polk, Tim (Melanie) Polk, Dawn (Mark) Smit, Brian (Sue) Polk, and Tom (LynAnn) Polk. Proud uncle of many nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation Saturday, November 28, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 12:30 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN. Private Interment.
