Ronald L.Wiersema, age 73, of St. John, IN, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020.  Beloved husband of Nancy Wiersema, nee Meekma.  Loving father of Timothy (Tricia) Wiersema and Matthew (Denise) Wiersema.  Proud grandfather of Jessica, Rebecca, Ben, Meg, and Minna. Dear brother of John (Juanita) Wiersema, Dot (late Jay) Buikema, late Ken (Pam) Wiersema, and Glen (Nancy) Wiersema.  Special uncle to many nieces and nephews. Devoted son-in-law of Mildred (late Harold) Meekma.  Preceded in death by his parents Sidney and Wilma Wiersema. Ron was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

Visitation Friday, December 4, 2020 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN. (In consideration of others, masks are required. ) Funeral service Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
