Rosemary E. Greene, (nee Cooper) of Winfield, IN, passed away July 23, 2026. Loving wife of the late Richard W. Greene. Loving mother of Richard W. II (Julie), Michael (Elizabeth) and Marty (Amanda); Cherished grandmother of Alissa, Richard III, Ryan, Will, Adam, Luke, Liam, Teagan and Abigayle. Dear sister of Barbara (Joseph) Anderson, Richard (Carol) Cooper, and Thomas (Sharon) Cooper. Dear aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Rosemary’s greatest joys were her sons and grandchildren. Rosemary was loved by all that knew her.

Visitation Wednesday, July 29, 2026 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Friends may also visit with the family on Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. until time of closing prayers at 10:30 a.m. at the Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery – Glenwood, IL. Memorial contributions may be given to Transitions Hospice (www.transitionscare.com).
