Ruben Ibarra , age 30, suddenly, late of Lansing, IL, passed away Friday, May 24, 2019.  Loving son of Flugencio Ibarra and Patricia Ibarra.  Longtime companion and love of Maria Floriano.  Devoted father of Anamary and Delilah Giselle Ibarra.  Dearest grandson of Maria T. and Ruben L. Ibarra, and Artemio and Josefina Cerrato. Dear nephew of Jesus, Sandra, Jaime, Leticia, Ruben, Alfonso, Maria, and Josefina Ibarra; Lupe, Adriana, Temo, Jesus, Marcos, Lula and Emilio Cerrato. Cousin of Christian Ibarra, Sammy Guajardo, Jessica Cleghorn, Madison Cleghorn, Kiana Ibarra, Malia Ibarra, Alfonso Ibarra, Gabriela Ibarra, Alejandra Ibarra, Edwardo Ibarro; Edgar, Antonio, Lupita, Liliana, Andrea, Abel, and Ivan Cerrato.  Dear son-in-law of Jose and LuzElena Floriano; brother-in-law of Rosa, Mayra, Alma, Jose Jr., Juan, Jose L., and Miguel Floriano.

Private Family Only Visitation Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. Prayer service Friday, May 31, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30 & Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN, to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 15746 Union Ave. Harvey, IL, for a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial, with Rev. Edward Romanski officiating.  Interment Memory Lane Memorial Park Cemetery - Crown Point, IN.
