Sally J. Richards, nee Pillasch, age 77, of Valparaiso, IN formerly of Thornton, IL, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Russell Richards Jr. Devoted mom of Jim (Kelly), Glenn (Stephanie) Richards, and Sandy McMahon. Proud grandmother of Sean (Alina), Korie (Westley), Taylor (Nicole), Ryan, Casey, Kallie, Caleb, and Brianna; Great-grandmother of Adam and Isaac. Dear sister of Robert (Zilla), Donald (Betty) Pillasch, Shirley (late William) Tews, late Arthur (Barbara) Pillasch, and late Virginia (late Marty) Briddick. Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Arthur & Gladys Pillasch. Visitation Sunday, May 26, 2013 from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. with a service to be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt. 30 & Pleasant Springs Lane) Dyer, IN 46311 with Rev.
