Samuel “Sam” J. Spagnola, age 62 of Chicago Heights, Illinois, passed away peacefully June 10, 2018. Beloved husband of Debra Sue Spagnola nee Boyd. Loving father of Shane (Amanda) Spagnola. Cherished grandfather of Nikko, Alyssa, Angelina, Michael and Madelyn. Great grandfather of Dawson Shirley. Dear brother of Curtis, David (Ellen), and Joseph Spagnola.
