Sandra L. Vander Meer, nee Staal, age 62, of South Holland, IL, went home to her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 23, 2019.  Beloved wife of John Vander Meer.   Loving mother of Rebecca (Mike) Janik, Robert (Jenny) Vander Meer, and Kimberly Vander Meer.  Proud grandmother of Mackenzie, Kelsey, Austin, and Ashlynn. Dear sister of Steven (Kay) Staal, Brian Staal, Jeffrey (Sonia) Staal, and Wendy Staal.  Preceded in death by her parents Fred and Grace Staal. Visitation Sunday, July 28, 2019 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd St. (Rt.6/159th St.) South Holland, IL. Funeral service, Monday, July 29, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Christian Reformed Church (16248 South Park Ave. South Holland, IL) with Rev.
