Sharon Louise Patrevito, age 70, of Bourbonnais, IL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 1, 2020. She was beloved sister of Thomas (Marianne) Patrevito and Donna (Gene) Portelli. She was the treasured daughter of the late Albert and June Gardner-Patrevito.
Sharon was a woman of many talents including painting, cooking, and floristry. She enjoyed world-wide travel, reading, music, and spending time with her family as well as her sweet pets. She was devoted to a life of service and helping those she cherished, especially her mother whom she cared for in her later years. Her amazing dedication extended to her many job responsibilities and volunteer works, including customer service work and more recently, at the Hospice of Kankakee Valley.
She will be greatly missed by her dear nieces and nephews: Joseph (Jiesi), Daniel, Michael, Vincent, Thomas, Mia, Sophia, and Isabella as well as her grandnephews Sebastian and Luca. Many cousins feel Sharon's loss, especially Linda (Jerry) Zeman and Debbie (Mario) Cianchetti who helped her during her illness over the last year. Sharon was the proud and faithful godmother to ten godchildren.
Private Family Graveside Service to be held at Beverly Cemetery – Blue Island, IL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in her name to the Humane Society.
