Shirley A. Kamstra, nee Hoekstra, age 82, of Dyer, IN formerly of Lansing, IL, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Loving wife of the late Melvin Kamstra. Devoted mother of Brian (Patrice) Kamstra, Debra (Thomas) Benedict, Mark (Joni) Kamstra and Ron (Eileen) Kamstra. Proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and one great-granchild.. Dear sister of Melvin Hoekstra and Elaine Niehof. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by two brothers: Louis and Calvin Hoekstra, and one sister: Violet Dalenberg.
