Dear grandmother of Justin, Scott Jr., Erin, and Dale. Visitation, Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. at Oak Glen United Reformed Church, 2244 Indiana Ave., Lansing, IL, with services conducted by Rev.
