Shirley Lynn Vos, nee Gorter, age 71, of Beecher, IL, went home to her Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 2, 2022.  Beloved wife of Jerry Vos. Loving mother of Trisha (Patrick) Stingel, Jerry R. (Colleen) Vos, Jennifer Vos, and John R. (Edwin) Vos.  Cherished grandmother of Garrett, Quinn, Elviz, Ismael, Samantha, Luis, and Cristian;  great-grandmother of Madeline, Evette and Linnea.  Dear sister of Cindy (David) Groenendal, Nancy Koedyker, and Barbara (Jerry) Pond. Preceded in death by her parents Jacob and Alice Gorter.

Visitation Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 3:00 P.M. until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN with Rev. Dr. Brian Dennert officiating.
