Steven Ray Stegenga, age 54, of Lowell, IN, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021.  Loving father of Danielle (Alex Van Rite) Stegenga. Beloved son of Raymond and Sandra Stegenga. Dear brother of Susan (Scott) Jewell. Kind uncle of Laurel and Ryan Jewell.

Visitation Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN. Funeral service Friday, May 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Fred De Jong officiating.  Interment Oak Ridge Cemetery – Lansing, IL.  Steve was the owner of Eagle Security. He loved fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
