Susan M. Martin nee Mansell, age 82, of Crete, IL, passed away peacefully March 26, 2025. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Roy E. Martin for 49 years. Loving mother of Kim (Jeff) Paris and Christine Martin. Cherished grandmother of Jason (Leah) Paris and Tiffany Paris.  Dear sister of John (late June) Mansell. Preceded in death by parents: Mobley “Rex” Mansell and Catherine Hoffman-Mansell. Susan retired from the US Postal Service as a carrier and clerical worker. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation Monday, March 31, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 6:30 p.m. at Smits - Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Road Steger, IL.
