Tara L. Leonard, age 34, of Lynwood, IL, suddenly, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016. Beloved mother of Antonio Ratliff. Loving daughter of Paula (Raymond) Nudi and the late Thomas Leonard. Dearest sister of Lisa Leonard. Loved by many cousins and dear friends. Visitation Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30 & Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN 46311. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, May 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church (22400 S. Torrence Ave. Sauk Village, IL 60411). Private family inurnment.
