Thaddeus & Cocot

Thaddeus "Ted" and Ofelia Cocot passed away on Dec. 4, 2014 at their home. Ted and Ofelia are survived by 3 Sons, Roberto, Daniel and Michael (Nina) Cocot and by a Granddaughter Helena. Ted is also survived by a Sister Patricia (Dr. Gerald) Spirek. He is also survived by Nieces Pamela (Michael) Zolondek, Letitia (Marcelo) Algrain, Nephews Paul & Kevin Spirek. He was preceded in death by a Brother Donald Paul and his Parents Paul Michael and Mary Jane Cocot. Ofelia is also survived by Sisters Angelica, Celia, & Antonia (Antonio) Angel, Brothers Jesus and Rafael Fuentes. She is also survived by Nieces Angelica, Adriana and Patricia Ravelo, Ana Celia and Alejandra Alcantara, Nephews Eduardo and Sergio Angel, Ignacio Ravelo, and Jesus, Jose Luis and Manuel Alcantara. She was preceded in death by her Parents Jesus and Ana Maria Fuentes. Visitation, Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014 from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.. at the Smits, Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, Il. 60475. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday Dec. 11th. at 10:30 A.M. at St.Liborius Catholic Church 35th. St. and Halsted Blvd. Steger, Il.
