Thelma I Rinkema

Thelma I. Rinkema, nee Veldhuizen, age 86, of Olympia Fields, IL, passed away Friday, January 23, 2009. Mrs. Rinkema is survived by one son: Ted (Sarah) Lyons; one daughter: Mary Lou (Jesse) Hensley; two step-daughters: Judy (Clarence) Brouwers and Jane Coleman; grandchildren: Joy (Jose) Herrera, Michael (Krystal) Hensley, Julie (Steve) Smit, Joy(Peter) Poulos, Jon (Tricia) Brouwers, Larry (Sandra) Walker, and Lisa (Michael) Pesavento; many great grandchildren; two sisters: Margaret Loitz and Gloria (Graeme) Shaw; one brother: Lloyd (Helen) Veldhuizen and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband: the late Henry Rinkema, two granddaughters: the late Adrienne OKeefe and late Cheryl Kenjockety and one brother: the late Henry (Greta) Veldhuizen. Visitation Tuesday, January 27, 2009 from 3:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home 649 E. 162nd St.(Rt.6/159th St.) South Holland, IL.
