Theresa S. Fronczak, nee Krajewski, age 92, late of Thornton, IL, passed away Saturday, January 27, 2018 in Valparaiso, IN. Beloved wife of the late Edward John Fronczak. Loving mother of David (Deborah) Fronczak, Paul (Lorri) Fronczak, and Carol (David) Poteete. Proud grandmother of 5; and great-grandmother of 5. Preceded in death by her parents Felix and Suzanna Krajewski and 3 brothers and 1 sister.

Visitation Wednesday, January 31, 2018 directly at Holy Ghost Church (700 E. 170th St. South Holland, IL 60473) from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Theresa's funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery - Calumet City, IL.
