Theresa Kay Graham, nee Zylstra, age 83, of Dyer, IN, passed away on Monday June 15, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Robert L. Graham Sr. Loving mother of Cynthia (Dan) Camp, Patrick (Chris) Graham, Robert L. (Mary) Graham Jr., and Susan Fushi. Cherished grandmother of Megan Hamilton, Marci Graham-Ohlrich, Konner Graham, Jackson Graham, Chelsea Forsythe, Aaron Camp, Matt Camp, Anthony Fushi, Joe Fushi, Nick Fushi, David Graham, Jared Graham, and Adam Graham. Great-grandmother of Hadley Forsythe, Everett Forsythe, Paddy Hamilton, Paxton Hamilton, Wayne Graham, and Wylder Ohlrich. Dear sister of the late Ellen Janes, late Rosanne Tucker, late Mary Mantoan, Judy Zylstra, and Anthony Zylstra. Preceded in death by her parents Richard and Ellen Zylstra.

Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until time of the memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Day Chapel, 11303 W. 93rd Ave. (corner of 93rd and Rt. 41/Wicker Ave.), St John, IN. Inurnment Assumption Cemetery—Glenwood, IL.
