Thomas A. Coulombe Sr., age 88, late of Lowell, IN, formerly of Harvey, IL, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 1, 2018. Beloved husband of Lola M. Coulombe, nee Swansey. Loving father of Denise (Terry) Eckrich, Thomas Coulombe Jr., and Suzanne (Mark) VanDrunen. Cherished grandfather of 8: John, Steven, Amanda, Terry Jr., Samantha, Ryan, Sarah, and Karen, and great-grandfather of 3: Bianca, Wyatt, and Aria. Dear brother of Fred (Jeanne) Coulombe, and the late Beverly, Eleanor, Carol, Vivian, Bessie, and Bernice. Kind uncle of several nieces and nephews. Mr. Coulombe was a Korean War Army veteran. Visitation Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3:30 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt. 30 & Pleasant Springs Lane) Dyer, IN 46311, with services conducted by Rev.
