Thomas C. Jensen, age 69 of Steger, Illinois, passed away February 8, 2016. Beloved husband of Mary Agnes nee Kozlowski. Loving father of Sean (Camille) Jensen and Carrie (David) Brockway. Cherished grandfather of Addison, Lincoln, Emmett, Claire and Lee. Dear brother of Gladys Hines, Jack (Mary) Jensen and the late Michael (Judy) Jensen. Beloved Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Tom was a retired teacher from Bloom and Bloom Trail High School. Very much loved and respected Science teacher, football and track coach, class sponsor and Technology Coordinator. He was also a member of the International Bridge Building Committee which promotes the study and application of fundamental principles of physics using model bridges for high school students. A Celebration of Tom's life will be Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Stone City VFW, 124 Stone City Drive, Joliet, IL 60436 815-955-6413.
