Thomas A. Mattia, age 66, of South Chicago Heights, IL. Passed away peacefully December 1, 2018. Beloved father of April (Marco) Mattia-Velazquez, and Stephanie (Albert Garza) Mattia. Cherished grandfather of Albert Garza Jr., Matthew Garza, and Luciano Mattia- Velazquez. Loving brother of David Mattia, Cynthia (Phillip) Mattia-Goldberg, and Nicholas (Betty) Mattia. Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. Thomas enjoyed woodworking, spending time with family and Friends. His favorite day of the year was the Fourth of July. Thomas will be loved and missed very much.
