Victoria Allen, nee McNeal, passed away peacefully, Thursday, February 2, 2023 with her beloved husband Alfred Allen by her side. Loving mother to Jeffery McNeal and Sheila Foster. Caring step-mother to Renee (Michael) Rawls, Vernell Taylor, late Thomas Allen, Wanda Allen, Tremmel Broadwater, and Jermaine Allen. Kind grandmother to many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cherished sister to Mary (Herbert) Winton, Harry (Joyce) McNeal, Bettie Easlie, Freddia McDonald, Elenora Adkins, Boss (Sandra) McNeal and Ross McNeal. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Victoria was preceded in death by her brother Herbert (Late Lauren) McNeal, parents Herbert and Eddie Mae McNeal, and granddaughter Tatiana Foster. Victoria worked many years as a clothing store manager at Rainbow Clothing, and most recently worked security for Allied Security Company. Victoria will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
