Victoria A. Starks, nee Cole, age 62, of Schererville, IN, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020.  Victoria was born in Chicago, IL, and raised in Muskegon, MI.  Beloved wife of Vincent Starks.  Loving mother of Ariauna and Amaya Starks.  Dear sister of Mary (late Andre Morris) Cole, Anthony Cole, Thomas (Ann) Cole, and Shirley Cole.  Cherished daughter of Victor and the late Mary Cole.  Victoria was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
