GOFF Violet L. Goff nee Jacoby, age 81, of South Chicago Heights, IL passed away February 13, 2010. Beloved wife of the Late Cecil Goff. Loving mother of Catherine (Leroy) Stege and Carol (Jeff Maliziola) Pelot. Cherished grandmother of Mike, Jennifer, Jessica, Kimberly, and great-grandmother of Benjamin. Dearest sister of Dale (Yvonne) Jacoby and George Jacoby. Visitation Tuesday February 16th from 2:00 " 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL.). Funeral Service Wednesday 11:00 a.m. (Visitation 10:00 - 11:00) at Crete United Methodist Church, Crete, IL. Interment at Chapel Hill Gardens, Oak Lawn, IL. Mrs. Goff was a member of the Crete United Methodist Christ for over fifty years and was a member of the church womens club. Memorials to the church would be appreciated.
