Virginia M. Koehler, nee Payton, age 93, of Dyer, IN, affectionately known as "Momo", passed away peacefully on Friday, January 15, 2016. Beloved wife of 74 years of Jack A. Koehler. Devoted mother of Jackie (Jerome) Novorita and the late Kerry R. Koehler. Proud grandmother of Debra (Tony) Fisk, Jeri Mae (late Gerardo) Martinez, Jordon Novorita, and the late Tamara White; great-grandmother of Brandon White, Ashley (Bryan) Sanders, Erik Fisk, Alexis, Austin, and Andrea Martinez; great-great-grandmother of Andrew, and Zander Fisk, Oliver White, and Emmalyn Sanders. Preceded in death by her parents James and Emma Payton and brother James Payton. Kind aunt of nieces and nephews.
