Vita M. Genova, age 63, of Crete, IL, passed away suddenly Friday, January 6, 2017. Survived by her loving siblings Marie (Quirino) Zenditti, late Joseph (Faye Gulota) Genova, Josephine (Rev. Mark) Pavlina, Michael (Emily Marino) Genova. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great-grand nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Vita (Colletti) Genova. Visitation Sunday, January 7, 2017 from 12:00 - 7:00 p.m. with a funeral service to be held at 4:30 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln. Dyer, IN 46311) with Rev. Mark Pavlina officiating.
