Wanda Mrozek, nee Sparks, age 76, of Dyer, IN, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Devoted mother of Randy Turnes and Rhonda (Arthur) Lopez. Proud grandmother of Amanda Lopez and Jonathon Turnes. Dearest sister of Darlene (late Dwight) Uhter. Preceded in death by her parents Everett and Evelyn Sparks. Visitation Friday, December 22, 2017 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN. Funeral service Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Dyer Presbyterian Church 2501 Hart St. Dyer, IN with services conducted by Rev. Paul Anderson. Interment Memory Lane Memorial Park – Crown Point, IN. Mrs. Mrozek was a long-time employee at Modern Drop Forge. Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer’s Foundation .
